  • What is the guarantee on Maradji products ?

    Maradji products are guaranteed for up to 1 year from the date of purchase. It is important to keep the proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, stamped warranty card, etc.). After this period, your repair request will be subject to review.

    If I bought my bag more than 2 years ago, the after-sales service will no longer deal with your repair request. In this case, please contact a shoemaker near you.

  • What repair services are available ?

    We propose a repair when there is a proven defect and it is repairable. All you have to do is contact your usual shoemaker and he will provide us with an estimate, which must be validated. Then we can start the reimbursement of the service.
