Orders are sent to our logistics center every business day at 11am. All orders placed before 11am on a business day will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 11am will be shipped the next business day.

You will find below the delivery time of your parcel according to its destination, from the expedition:

• In metropolitan France, the delivery time by Colissimo Relay is 2 to 3 working days from shipment. By Colissimo, the time will be 3 to 5 working days from the shipment.
• In the European Union and Switzerland, the DHL home delivery will be made in 2 to 3 working days from shipment. This time may vary depending on local postal services.
• In Overseas zone 1 and 2, Colissimo home delivery will be made in 5 to 7 working days from the date of shipment. This time may vary depending on local postal services.
• For the rest of the world, DHL home delivery will be made in 3 to 5 business days from the time of shipment. This time may vary depending on local postal services.

For Mondial Relay shipments, pickups are not done daily at our logistics provider. There may be a delay between the time your order is shipped in your customer account and the time your package is given to Mondial Relay in your tracking.

Please note that if your item is on pre-order, a gauge is present under each product, giving you an indicative delivery time in days.
