The orders are transmitted to the logistic team every working day at 11am. All orders made before 11am on a working day will therefore be expedited on the same day. Orders made after 11am will be expedited on the following working day.

Our team is fully mobilized to insure rapid delivery. In these exceptional circumstances, the delivery times are experiencing some delays. It takes between 3 to 5 working days after your order confirmation for a Colissimo home delivery, 5 to 10 working days for a Mondial Relay delivery. The express delivery modes remain unchanged.
