Orders are forwarded to our logistics partner every business day at 11 a.m. Any order placed before 11 a.m. on a business day will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 11 a.m. will be shipped on the next business day.

Our team is fully committed to ensuring fast delivery. Please note that during busy periods, shipping times may be longer. You should allow approximately 3 to 5 business days after order confirmation for Colissimo delivery, and 5 to 10 business days for Mondial Relay. Express delivery options remain unchanged.

For your information: if your order includes a pre-order item or an item with delayed shipment, please refer to the delivery times specified on the product page.

RETURNS

You have 15 days after receiving your order to request a return.

How to make a return?

1. Log in to your customer account, go to the “My Orders” section, and select the relevant order.
2. Click on “Create a return request” and follow the instructions displayed.
3. Ensure that the returned item(s) are new, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Once your return has been received and approved, you will be notified by email, and the refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
