My order
  • How do I create or update a customer account?

    To create an account, simply click on the "My Account" section and follow the instructions!
    To update your customer account, you just have to enter your login (email address) and password and modify the information according to your wishes.

  • I've lost my login details, what can I do?

    To do so, you can click on "Forgot your password?" and follow the instructions. If this does not work, contact us at contact@maradji.com and we will reset your password.

  • Is the online payment secure?

    All online payments on our site are secure, using the protocols in force on the Internet. Moreover, your banking information is not transmitted to us but directly to our bank's secure payment platform: "SystemPay".

  • How do I change or cancel my order?

    To do so, you can contact us as soon as possible, by phone at: +33 (0)766668708 or by email at the following address: contact@maradji.com. We have a chance to modify or cancel your order before it is shipped.

  • What are the steps of my order?

    The different stages of your order are :

    1. Validated payment: your payment has been accepted, and your order has been registered. It will be transmitted to our logistician.
    2. In preparation: our logistics center has received your order and is preparing it.
    3. Dispatched: your order is on its way! You can follow the delivery of your package in the My Orders section.
    4. Pre-order: the item you have chosen is in pre-order, which means that it is still in production in our factory. In its product sheet, a time gauge indicates the time remaining before it is shipped to you.
    5. Delayed: the item you have chosen is about to arrive at our shop, the shipping date of your order is indicated on your customer account.
    6. Partial shipment: some items of your order have been shipped to you. The remaining articles will be shipped in a second step (most of the time, the articles concerned by this later shipment are the pre-orders).
  • How do I track my order?

    From the moment your order is set to "shipped" status, your tracking number appears in the "my account" section, in the "my orders" tab.
    You can use this tracking number to track the path of your package.

  • My order is marked "shipped", but I haven't received anything, what can I do?

    You can find your tracking number in the section "my account", in the tab "my orders" to know the status of your package.

    If it is marked "delivered", but you have not received anything, you can first get closer to the post office or the chosen relay point to try to solve the mystery.

    Also, take our word for it, in the case of an undelivered Colissimo parcel, a little bell ringing at your neighbours' house to ask them if they are not the ones who received your parcel, can save you a lot of trouble with the post office!

  • Can I buy online and pick up my package at a retailer ?

    No it is currently not possible to buy online and pick up the package at a retailer 

  • I bought my bag from a retailer. Can I benefit from Maradji's after-sales service ?

    You can benefit from the after-sales service, under the same conditions. To do this, contact us directly if you are within your 1 year warranty period, send us one or more photos of the product, a description of the problem encountered and the date of purchase.
