Return, exchange and refund
  • What to do if the item ordered doesn't work for me?

    Log in to your customer account in the "My orders" section.
    Select the order as well as the item(s) concerned, and click on "make a return request". Once your request has been validated, we will send you the procedure to follow to obtain your prepaid shipping label.
    Upon receipt of your package, we will check the condition of your items and refund you.

  • Until when can I make a return, and what are the conditions?

    Returns can be made up to 30 days after receipt of your order. We can proceed to an exchange, a refund, or send you a credit note valid for one year.

    Make sure it is new, otherwise your request will not be processed.

    Upon receipt of your package, we will check your items and send you the pair specified in your return request or give you a refund.

  • What documents do I need to provide in order for my return to be processed quickly?

    In order to facilitate the processing of your request, please respect the following procedure:

    • After receiving the validation email of your return request, download your return form and your prepaid shipping label.
    • Slide the return form into your parcel: it is the summary allowing us to track your file quickly.
    • Stick the left part of your shipping label on your parcel, and keep the right part. This is the document that the Post Office will stamp as proof of deposit.
  • I wish to exchange: how's it going?

    Would you like to exchange an ordered item? Make sure it is new, otherwise your request will not be successful.

    You have 30 days to request an exchange.

    As soon as we receive your package, we will automatically send you the new item.

    Please note that only size exchanges (for belts or hats) or exchanges for a model of a similar amount are possible; for an exchange of a model of a different price than the one sent back, please select "Refund Credit".

  • How long does it take to return or refund?

    As of the reception of your order, please allow two or three days for your return to be validated. If you have chosen an exchange, we will send you the item specified in your return request with the same delivery time as for a standard order. If you have chosen a refund, it will be processed within 15 days of receipt of your package by our services. You will be credited the amount of the returned item to the account used for payment (bank account or Paypal).

  • What ways are used for the refund?

    When you have requested a refund, we will credit the amount of the returned item to the account that was used to pay for your order. This can be a bank account or a Paypal account.

  • My credit doesn't work, what can I do?

    You can contact us directly at the following address: contact@maradji.com. We will be pleased to answer you as soon as possible.

  • How do I use my Refund credit?

    A Refund credit is a purchase coupon, materialized by a discount code to be filled in your shopping cart at the time of your next order.

    To do this, add the items of your choice to your cart and validate it.

    In the insert " discount code ", fill in the code we sent you, making sure that it is still valid, and respecting the upper/lower case.

    Once your discount code has been validated, you will see your discount applied directly to your cart.

    Attention, a discount code is generally valid only once, and it is not an "electronic wallet": if the amount of your basket is lower than the amount of your code, you will lose the price difference between the two.
