The terms and conditions of the "Maradji Birthday" game (hereinafter the "Game") are set out in these rules (hereinafter the "Rules"). Any violation of one or more of the provisions of the Regulations may, at Maradji's discretion, lead to the disqualification of the participant in the Game.

Article 1. Organisation of the Game

Organising company: Maradji, a simplified joint stock company JEMADE with a share capital of €30,000, registered in the La Rochelle Trade and Companies Register 881778484, whose registered office is located at 2 RUE LA DESIREE in LA ROCHELLE 17000.

Duration: from Thursday 3 November 2022 at 7:30 am to Sunday 13 November 2022 at 11:59 pm, (hereinafter the "Duration").

Purpose: the Rules determine the terms and conditions of the free, no-obligation "Maradji Birthday" Game, whereby Maradji offers one (1) Winner during the Term the Prize, as defined in Article 4.

Article 2. Terms and conditions of participation

2.1. The Game is open to all persons who are of legal age in their country on the day of their registration, who have access to an internet connection and who have a valid email address, with the exception of employees and representatives of Maradji, its partners, and its subcontractors, as well as their advisors and family members (hereinafter the "Participants").

2.2. In order to participate in the Game and have a chance to win the "Prize" (as defined below), Participants must enter their email address on the link corresponding to their country of residence, namely

Each Participant may only participate once during the Term. Entries before or after the Term will not be considered. By participating in the Game, Participants accept these Rules.

Article 3. Designation of winners

3.1. Two (2) winning Participants will be drawn by Maradji from the list of entries that meet the conditions mentioned in section 2.2. of these Rules, using the Random Excel function (hereinafter the "Winners").

3.2. The Winners will be notified by email. If a Winner: (i) cannot be contacted; (ii) does not respond within seven (7) days of Maradji's attempt to contact him or her and/or (iii) refuses the prize described in Article 4, the Winner definitively forfeits the rights to win and receive the Prize, and a substitute Winner will be designated. After contacting the Winner and verifying that he or she complies with all the terms and conditions of participation in the Game, including any additional checks required by Maradji, the Winner will be definitively declared the "Winner" of the Game.

Article 4. Prize

4.1 The Prize will be awarded to the winner, i.e. one (1) Winner during the Term.

4.2 The Prize consists of a Maradji voucher worth two hundred euros including all taxes (€200) - or the equivalent in the currency applicable on the website https://fr.maradji.com/ to the Winner's country of residence -, to be redeemed on the website https://fr.maradji.com/ until 31 December 2022, (hereinafter, the "Prize"). The Prize is personal and cannot be exchanged or reimbursed in cash.

Article 5. Awarding of prizes

The Winners will be contacted by e-mail within three (3) working days of their designation and will receive their Prize within seven (7) working days of the confirmation of their details.

By accepting the Prize, the winners authorise Maradji to use their first name, city of residence and country on all known or unknown media, in particular the internet and social networks, without this use giving rise to any consideration other than the Prize won, for the purpose of promoting the results of the Game.

Maradji shall not be held responsible for any delays, losses, damages, malfunctions of the Internet or the courier service, occurring during the delivery of the Prize.

Article 6. Processing of personal data

All personal data collected by Pied de Biche remains confidential and is subject to the Confidentiality Policy / processing of personal data available at https://fr.maradji.com/.

Participation in the Game may result in registration for the Maradji newsletter if the Participant gives his/her consent by opting-in. Participants may nevertheless unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the e-mail or by logging into their Maradji account.

Article 7. Special conditions of publication

Participants are formally prohibited from publishing or posting any texts, statements, quotations, photographs, images or, more generally, any content that is obscene, defamatory, in violation of intellectual property rights or any other rights of a third party, or legal and regulatory provisions.

Article 8. Miscellaneous stipulations

MARADJI WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE DUE TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRIZE.

Maradji declines all responsibility for any loss, delay, error, in particular due to a failure of computer equipment, software, Internet browsers, computer networks or Internet connection.

Maradji reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any Participant who attempts to undermine the conduct of the Game, including through the use of robots or any automated process.

Maradji reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Game in the event that it is impossible to complete the Game due to an event of force majeure, or any bug, virus, intrusion or technical error.

The Game and the Rules are subject to French law.

Article 9. Data processing and liberties

The personal information collected in the context of this Contest is processed in accordance with the French Data Protection Act no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended by Act no. 2018-493 of 20 June 2018. All Participants in the Game have the right to access or rectify data concerning them, pursuant to Article 106 of the amended law. Any request for access, rectification or opposition must be addressed to the Maradji company. The personal information collected in the context of this competition is processed in accordance with the French Data Protection Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978. All participants in the competition have the right to access or rectify their personal data, in accordance with article 27 of this law. Any request for access, rectification or opposition must be addressed to Maradji.

Article 10. Literary and Artistic Property Rights

In accordance with the laws governing literary and artistic property rights, the reproduction and representation of all or part of the elements making up this Game are strictly prohibited. The brands mentioned are registered trademarks of their respective owners.
