The history of the Sombrero
The straw hat, there are many: Panama, wide brim like Balthazar or short brim like the Caesar. The Sombrero is one of these summer hats that we love.
Originating from Mexico, it allows to cover head and shoulders thanks to its wide brim and when we know that "Sombra" means "shadow". The name of this straw hat takes then all its sense. Symbol of Mexico, it invites itself in your French wardrobe and brings with it a touch of India. The braid is embroidered in the land of the Taj Mahal in our workshops respecting the artisans who create these ribbons.
